The Background

As an ambitious business with continued global growth, Wild Fork Foods trusted Other. to launch their brand and business in Canada. They sought a partner capable of driving both rapid brand awareness and new customer orders through a balanced media approach. With ambitious growth plans for Canada, Wild Fork entrusted us to create a launch plan and build an always-on paid eCommerce program to achieve these goals.

The Goal

Wild Fork needed to rapidly expand awareness and D2C orders in the Canada, expanding into the market from Brazil, Mexico, and the United States. As a new business in Canada, Wild Fork needed to hit its target market and consumers with a strong media mix that drove rapid awareness for the brand but also generated immediate purchase intent and new orders. The overall objective was to see an increase in brand demand metrics while driving new customer acquisition at a progressively declining CPA.

What we implemented

Balanced Media Plan

After digging deep into first-party research we devised a highly-strategic multi-channel media plan that focused on accelerating both awareness and credibility so that performance media could quickly activate and scale effectively.

Brand Launch

The launch hit the market with a custom partnership with the Corus TV Morning Show, digital audio, strategic DOOH placements, publisher partnerships to build credibility and coverage across multiple paid social and performance channels.

Performance Program

As the brand launch built rapid awareness and credibility, our performance media team was highly-engaged running and optimizing foundational tactics like a strategic paid search program and advanced tactics and campaigns like PMAX and A+ shopping to generate thousands of customers and a solid revenue run-rate.
